• Article 31 Office of Mental Health clinic serving forensic clients, primarily those with a history of intimate aggression. • Provide individual counseling, utilizing techniques from various approaches, such as the Risk Need Responsivity model, CBT, Psychodynamic, and mindfulness. • Facilitate group therapy session, guided by the Prochaska and DiClemeti’s Stages of Change model.• Conduct intake and assessment interviews to identify clients’ needs.• Conduct family and couples counseling, as per clients’ needs.• Complete documentation for all client interactions using Electronic Medical Records, including the development of initial, quarterly, and annual treatment plans with treatment goals within NYS compliance. • Coordinate care with social service providers, including intensive case managers, parole/probation officers, and psychiatrists regarding medication regimens, off-site referrals, and emergent mental health crises. • Maintain communication with defense attorneys, district attorneys, judges, and other referral agencies, including preparing letters for court proceedings on behalf of clients who have been mandated to Alternatives to Incarceration with youth and other advocacy programs.• Manage a caseload of 40+ clients
