During the course of my career, I helped in shaping category planning and leading the insights development for multiple categories in Consumer health, Nutrition, foods, beverages and personal care. My core strength lies in delivering actionable results in category development using behavioral science. I also have vast experience in launching brand in white space geographies and partnering with advertising agencies in IBC development process. Last but not least, I have a large footprint on organizational capability building, as I led a global task force for “Path to world class” for Ideation and early NPD development.
