Over six years I was the right-hand and shadow to the CEO, growing the company from five to thirty employees and from three project locations to over 300 micro-enterprises building 10 000 eco-friendly houses and 100 schools using an innovative interlocking brick technology. Making a difference in poor Nepali villages is hard. It has been both a tough and fantastic journey.
