Skills:● 15+ years of experience in managing of marketing function, trade marketing, product development, PR (internal and external communications), sales, customer service and customer experience management in the fast-growing highly competitive telecom market for the mass and business segments (B2C, SMB, B2B, C2C, B2G)● Change management experience: business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, starting a new business or new business direction, integration and centralization, transfer of business processes to outsourcing● National level of responsibility for direct and partner sales channels, call centers, outlets, back-offices for all market segments● Development and implementation of marketing, sales, customer service strategies, BI reporting, ISO 9001 quality assurance system● Willingness to take responsibility and make difficult decisions● Excellent organizational and communication skills● Experience in negotiating at different levels
