- managing a group of 23 scientists - assisting with official visits ( meeting principals, ambassadors) and big events ( THE summit) - translating negotiations synchronically from English to Russian- organizing adaptation events - running English speaking club- fostering communication between scientists and professors - welcoming scientists at the airport, organizing Bremen City tours - assisting with residential issues ( accommodation, internet connection etc) Initially, I was hired to work for the "Bolashaq" Research Training Program. Later, as I showed my dedication and working skills, the Department trusted me to work not just with scientists from Kazakhstan ( my Motherland), but also with delegates from different countries. Right now, I am making presentations about the university, and guiding Campus and Labs tours. One of the biggest experiences I encountered so far was representing our university in the THE ( Times Higher Education) Europe Summit, which was held at our Uni in March. We worked with representatives and presidents of other Universities, explaining the concept of Constructor and taking leads that may lead to potential connections between universities ( MoU, exchange programs). On the 23rd of March, I had the honour to meet the Ambassador of Ethiopia in Germany, Mr. Fekadu Beyene, who was also ambassador in the UK and USA before. I have never worked with people with such a high status before and this interaction made me believe that I can do much more than I think. Exposed to the great stress and excitement, I unleashed my best skills: deep knowledge within the frames of my work, interpersonal communication, ability to guide negotiations warmly and fruitfully, change pre-made plans considering the current situation, adaptability and the main one - a skill to hide the fact that I am just 18 and a first-year student before people ask me )

living in the C3 dormitory for one academic year I decided to try to become one of the leaders in the college. After working as a part of a big YES 24' team, I was chosen to become the Main Organizer for YES 25' and 26'. In this position, I will organise an annual start-up competition, one of the biggest student-run competitions in Europe. - I am leading a team of approximately 40 organizers - last year we had 130 participants from 34+ countries - We attract local and international sponsors to support our Final Event - Establish communication between Constructor University and other monetary/non-monetary sponsors- Reaching out to future Juries, Speakers and Mentors together with Participants - Organizing 3 days Event for 150-200 people
