I am a bachelor’s degree holder in development economics from school of business and management science Makerere university with 5years of experience in community engagement on financial inclusion, provided mentorship and built the capacity of various village saving and lending association (VSLA)and saving and internal lending communities in Kaabong and Kotido on financial management skills, trained on different types, better use, and access of financial services. I Spearheaded trainings of small enterprise groups on business management skills with much emphasize on record keeping, marketing, creativity, and innovation. I do have proven experience in Microsoft office, social behavior changes interventions ranging from laying different strategies, interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, Dialogue, community drives, project planning and management, report writing, data collection, monitoring and evaluation, coordination with different structures in the community and health facilities with pronounced riding skills and valid riding permit.
