I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a thriving business background in survival games in Russia — and it's not a joke; I managed one of the biggest Airsoft playgrounds in Moscow with up to 350-person events. From there, I went international and became a divemaster, turning another hobby into a profession. Though working in diving was not all roses, it was pretty meditative. From there, I was lucky to get into Kudos Mediation Firm, a pioneer of mediation for iGaming, another great combination of hobby and profession for me. It's essential to like what we do, and I stick to that.Mediation is a craft based on real-life experiences that go far beyond reading good books; it's out there. It's not limited to the professional dimension; every conscious experience counts, and in my case, it also includes the music school parallel to getting a black belt in Aikido. My background defines me as a highly aware, flexible, and real-life-oriented mediator, capable of creative thinking and professional teamwork to settle disputes by way of mediation. I like entertaining the idea that mediation is peacemaking at work, and we know it works well. The world needs more mediation, and I'm happy to be working on it.
