Significantly boosted the performance of different vision systems:- developed geometrical-based algorithms for detecting empty places and differences on the shelves in grocery stores;- managed data collection and labeling teams for large-scale fine-grained grocery datasets, maintained high dataset quality with increasing class diversity in production;- developed a real-time algorithm to detect and recognize bottle placement in fridges with cameras on the inside (first solution on the market, got 99% stock and product type recognition accuracy);- developed a real-time ViT-based recognition pipeline for a large-scale fine-grained imbalanced dataset with over 3000 classes - raised performance from 92% to 98%+ accuracy in production.

Developed a platform and organized the workflow to settle and coordinate aid to thousands of refugees in the region in a timely manner.

Worked on the full cycle of AI Research:- developed algorithms for realistic warped text generation on real-world photos;- managed data collection and labeling teams, tooling to optimize gathering and preprocessing;- adapted existing and novel models for handwriting recognition and generation in different frameworks and trained them on proprietary datasets;- developed algorithms for handwriting segmentation, generation and model output postprocessing for realistic handwriting generation, 30+ languages in total (including European, Indian and Arabic groups, Korean, Japanese, etc.), generated and processed synthetic data for Samsung Watch (gained >95% recognition rate on real data for each language);- developed mobile applications for real-time model inference;- conducted project demos and internal presentations;- prepared data for and wrote scientific articles summarizing research results.
