I started my University internship at Intercontinental Budapest as a Concierge Trainee, where I further developed my communication, problem-solving, and service skills to which is suitable for a 5 star/top level establishment. After a successful internship, I was offered a position at IC Budapest, at a different part of the front desk, the Instant Service Center. There I was responsible for managing all incoming calls and emails for the hotel, from both outside partners, through guests, to even the whole hotel staff. Ensuring the smooth and comfortable experience of all the above-mentioned parties was the ultimate task; also face-to-face problem handling was present as well.After departing from Intercontinental Budapest, at the beginning of 2019, I started working as regional sales representative at an up-and-coming small scale beer company, Budapest Sör. This startup was a constantly, dynamically developing company, which from year to year has managed to sell more and more of our products, employ more employees, and set more ambitious targets continually. Here, from the beginning, I was responsible for visiting, consulting, and ultimately agreeing sales partnerships, for different Retail and HoReCa units. Furthermore, I also managed relationships with already established partners, where I kept in touch with them in person, phone, and email. I helped them with any occurring questions, I arranged our product orders and maximized our sales with on-the spot presence and services.Throughout my years in this position, Budapest Sör has multiplied their partner count by 10, starting from about 30-35 active partnerships to well over 350 unique establishments with constant periodical orders. We sold our products in some of the most popular and successful catering units, and in the most frequented retail chains, and we were also present at various beloved festivals and gastronomical events.In 2022, I started working in the IT industry as an Account Manager at NETLOCK, which was established as the Hungary's first certification authority and is a leader over the past 20 years within the digital authentication and electronic signature market. Here, I make sure to uphold the highest standards of customer care, from problem solving to creating the best possible sales deals which benefit both parties. During my two years, I have continuously exceeded my target numbers, and have met all of my KPIs, contributing meaningfully to the profit of the company.
