After 15 years of experience in the IT industry as both a developer and manager, I have been working as a product owner and project manager at my own company since 2014.I've been involved in mobile development since 2008 (the good old Windows CE days). While technology has evolved significantly since then, mobile-first design has become increasingly important. As a product owner, my role is to deeply understand the unique aspects of the mobile ecosystem, identify and uncover both explicit and implicit client needs, and translate these into actionable requirements and app features. I serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the final product meets all expectations.For app design, I use an iterative approach. Together with the client, I create and refine wireframes and requirement specifications through multiple steps, sometimes including low-fidelity graphical designs. During implementation, I regularly demo progress to the client, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the development process.

Run workshops and deliver trainings.I love new ideas, new foods, new gadgets, new music, new anything. Novelty itself is interesting and how it happens is even more interesting. Within this huge topic I focused more on creativity and idea generation.

maxvelo provides timing services for mass sport events. The story began with a triathlon race. The running supposed to be 3 laps, but some athletes run more, because the timing system missed some laps. I noticed there a market opportunity. I bought a mylaps ChampionChip system and developed the timing software for it.

In 2013 evoline was acquired by Accenture. In my new role I acted as a link between sales and engineers. My task was to understand both the client needs and the possible technical solutions and help creating targeted proposals.

The transformation from software developer to manager was a several year process. It started with a self-employee status, that gradually grew into a 50+ company.In 2005 this company merged with an another one, forming evoline SRL. After being an all-round developer I turned into an all-round manager having multiple roles: finance, controlling and site management As evoline grew from 50 to 400+ employee, new processes had to be introduced and old processes adapted. A significant part of my job was to work out and launch these new processes and supporting tools. I also set up and managed the mobile and web development team, coordinated the cooperation with the local university and supported internal innovation programs.

After a short novice period I joined the industrial automation team as software developer. My role was to take care of everything related to PC. I worked in hospitals and factories with tons of different technologies and systems. I developed reporting application for doctors, SCADA for material handling systems (SIMATIC WinCC), interface between shop-floor control system and ERP (WinCC and SAP), data transfer interface between CRM systems (legacy system and Siebel), data visualization interface for industrial system (Emerson DeltaV) just to name some of them.As a consequence I never became an expert in any technology, but gained a large overview over technologies, industries and processes.
