Anvert is a business correspondence analytics tool. I lead a team of 7 to solve problems around increasing numbers of business emails. Anvert helps by:- Noticing unanswered emails and sending alerts.- Offering insights on email volumes and reply times across individuals, teams or companies as a whole- Increasing productivity by reducing time spent on emails - Analyzing the sentiment of correspondence to avoid loss of business or clients - Ability distinguishing between office and remote workers - Data visualization through interactive dashboards

- Sales and business development consultant for start-up ventures (neticle.hu, autometrix.hu, hntr29.com, cotbase.com, etc.).- Compiling business and strategy plans, investor presentations- Sales and marketing project manager in various marketing projects.

- Was responsible alone for the management of WWF Hungary as an operational leader, managed a team of 25 permanent and 30-80 part-time staff.- Was responsible for all B2B, B2C, internal and external communications of WWF Hungary.- Directed and synchronized the conservation, fundraising and communications departments – with 10+ direct reports.- Prepared and executed the successful integration of WWF Hungary into WWF CEE, acted as a Change manager.- Optimized the organization to be self-sustainable in Hungary.- Was responsible to deliver the targets and KPIs of the business plan- Was responsible for stakeholder networking and business development in all related sectors (government, business, and nature conservation).

- Organized campaigns and events, coordinated teams (up to 50 people) in different marketing projects (largest events: Nike Dance Nights with 1000+ participants).- Analysed financial options and supervised the marketing-budget. - Implemented worldwide Nike advertising campaigns and was responsible for choosing the optimal media mix for the Hungarian market.- Liaised and cooperated with ATL, BTL and online agencies.- Media related tasks and issues: created and implemented TV and radio spots, print, billboard and Internet advertisements; edited, designing and producing different brochures and marketing materials.
