Eversince I founded my first punk-rock band at the age of 16, I have committed myself to project management. I have been leading my band as a manager for 10 years, planned and organised its growth, while continuously trained myself at universities and libraries on marketing and the fundamentals of management for the success of my band and for my own development.I have developed my project management competencies on the "field" throughout the years and managed to test the theories in action. Sometimes I had to climb mountains, but I always kept going. I have learned how to succeed my tasks in any circumstances. Later I was able to utilize this knowledge in the construction industry, while I was controlling and managing construction projects as project- and operations manager.In 2018 I have decided to realize my old dream and started to learn programming, got closer to IT industrial solutions, in order to use my programming knowledge and automation ideas in the construction sector. Finally in 2021 founded my own company, focusing on automating administrative tasks and creating management analytics for the construction sector, the CITE Analytics.I am experienced in electrical installation works, business negotiations, planning, budgeting, process automation, development and relationship management. My knowledge in the various project management techniques (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, 6S and Agile basics) always helped me to chose the right method in the given project.Think we should work together?
