Akosua is a dedicated professional in marketing, audit, procurement, and supply chain management with a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.Currently, I work as an Internal Audit Officer at Jospong Group, conducting audits across subsidiaries, performing risk assessments, and analyzing data for fraud detection. I serve as the Program Lead for the Jospong Under 40 Program where I drive initiatives aimed at empowering and developing youth leadership within the Jospong Group in Africa and beyond the continent. My previous experience as an Internal Audit Assistant at J.A. Plant Pool GH Ltd equipped me with skills in financial analysis and process improvement. Additionally, I served as Project Coordinator for the Jospong Ceramic Tiles Project, where I engaged stakeholders and represented the project at international fairs. I am passionate about empowering the next generation and envision hosting a television show to celebrate extraordinary talents among young people in Ghana and across Africa. In my community, I take on leadership roles, coordinating various events and initiatives. I believe in mentorship and strive to inspire young women to reach their potential.In my spare time, I enjoy reading about social issues, listening to music, and caring for animals.
