As a Business Manager, I work with business professionals and entrepreneurs to discover and create innovative solutions that can help their companies succeed. As a member of the leadership team, I hire, coach, and develop the Business Team as well as educate other personnel about our unique business services. I generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone or through in-store workshops and events. I discover customer needs through consultations, and use my communication skills to prepare and present proposals. As a Business Specialist, I introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers. I spend time on the sales floor, meeting first-time and current business customers and learning their needs. I generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone or through in-store workshops and events. I discover customer needs through briefings and work with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals. For customers with more complex needs, I work with the entire Business Team to craft the ideal solutions. Finally, I inform and offer customers the complete suite of sales support options. By engaging customers to think about the possibilities of Apple technology in their businesses, I help build success - not only for my team, but for my clients as well.

I assisted families in making their financial dreams a reality. I was responsible for building and maintaing the trust of my clients with their financial future. I worked on the Financial Education in the Workplace team and regularly invited clients to seminars. I was one member of a team that increased MetLife’s presence in the business community through my relationships with their employees.

I oversaw all sales and operations for several stores throughout Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. I opened three new locations and completed the hiring and training necessary to ensure their success. I was a Winner’s Circle award winner (Top 5% in sales for the year). Several of my former employees are current and former managers. I helped develop Verizon’s current Retail to Business marketing efforts.

I oversaw all sales and operations for the audio department. I was responsible for attaining all sales goals and helping to drive profits in high margin areas.
