Furthermore, I lead growth initiatives in heavy industry, institution, and construction sectors.My accomplishments within this role are following:• Secured the highest net profit among all company's offices for ten consecutive years, even during significant challenges like the blockade on Qatar and Corona pandemic.• Elevated chemical business in the heavy industry sector by 50% annually, managing key business accounts and winning comprehensive water treatment contracts.• Made decisive inroads into the heavy industry sector by securing comprehensive water treatment contracts with Qatar Gas (QG) and Qatar Aluminum (Qatalum).• Covered the highest share in the institution and construction sectors.• Led successful implementation of the world's largest mega reservoir disinfection project, contributing to a revenue increase of $3.5M, as well as spearheaded the largest chemical flushing initiatives in Qatar, generating an additional $3M in revenue.• Pioneered improvements in profitability by establishing a local chemical blending facility, ISO-accredited laboratory, and local fleet of flushing equipment.
