Financial Manager:Responsibilities• Gather and monitor financial data ( sales revenues, and liabilities..)• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)• Forecast costs and revenues• Manage tax payments• Organize internal audits• Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments• Analyze financial trends• Perform month-end and year-end close processesRequirements and skills• Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations• Excellent math skills with an attention to detail• Time-management abilities• Confidentiality• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fieldDynamics AX consultant:• Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 application to meet or exceed company business process requirements• Key project team member, providing expertise in MS Dynamics AX/365 2012 R3/365 SCM and related areas• Is responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics AX project management application to achieve the customer’s business requirements• Facilitate the company decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application)• Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected• Embracing reciprocal mentoring with senior developers and leadership• Conducting requirement gathering workshops and other business analyst dutiesQualifications for dynamics AX consultant• 6+ years’ ERP implementation experience• 6+ years’ Axapta or equivalent ERP financial package experience (GL, AP, AR, Project Accounting)• Firm grasp of financial processes within ERP environment (Quote to Cash/Order to payment), and full understanding of project management cycles• It is very important to have good people skills since a lot of time will be spent together with the team members to understand how their processes can and will fit into the template/system to be rolled out• Consulting experience in Microsoft AX application with focus on business modelling and software implementation preferred
