My job at Resource9 is to find the awesome Engineers who specialize in DevOps and APM practices.Part of my responsibilities include:- Work with Internal Hiring Managers to define staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategy- Create interview panels and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.- Implemente new sourcing strategies for candidate pipeline flow.- Manage the entire internal recruiting processes from end-to-end.- Manage and conducted WAR with C-Level management on headcount.- Build and maintaine a rich pipeline of both technical and non-technical professionals
