With my previous experience in Crystel Call, I was fortunate enough to be up to par with Agility's Shipa Delivery standards and acquire the opportunity to work with them.Using my previous experiences and earned skills, I was able to quickly take on tasks and progress further into my role, being given more challenging tasks as my time went on in the company, as well as quickly climbing up to the top of the quality and performance charts.Many of the tasks in-between both my previous job title at Crystel Call, and this title at Shipa Delivery, were very similar, which allowed me to immediately start working at my full potential. Having worked in multiple projects with this company, I was able to take on a multitude of roles and responsibilities.Providing great customer service and multi-tasking were a must, two skills that I'd quickly adapted to. As a call center representative, I took care of phone calls regarding food orders, complaints and inquiries.
