From as far back as I can recall, I've been drawn to understanding people, their roles, and the inner workings of organizations. This passion propelled me into exploring the realms of industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management, and Assessment Centers (ACs).Today, I'm more convinced than ever that continuous learning is key. My aim is to further expand my knowledge to better assist individuals in achieving well-being while aiding organizations in driving greater progress and productivity. There's always more to discover and apply in this pursuit.
