I have worked at Kennametal’s PU-5 Insert plant, where my role involved inspecting cutting tool inserts. In this position, I was responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of the inserts, which are critical components used in various machining processes. My duties included evaluating the inserts for adherence to specifications, identifying any defects, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.

I have worked in Kennametal at PU-2 sintered products plant, where I have worked predominantly with Mon static pressing machine for pressing green carbide rods, lathe machine for turning and drilling them. And various other machines like Hydraulic press , Isotactic pressing machines where I have gained knowledge of sintered products.

After completing my diploma in mechanical engineering, I began my career at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, where I worked as an Assistant Production Engineer at a piston manufacturing plant. My responsibilities included collaborating with the Plant Manager to assess production requirements for pistons, developing realistic production targets in coordination with the Plant Manager, and optimizing production processes by considering factors such as machining maintenance and settings.
