I joined HAYAH in early stage of its life in 2003 to develop academy management system and to design and build computer and communication network to accommodate yearly planned expansion in the academy premises for four years to reach over 1000 workstation and outlet. During this period, I have introduced and applied various technologies like Smartboard in classrooms and high internet connectivity via satellite as at that time there was no landline available in the academy location. All these efforts had helped achieving advanced level of Information Technology infrastructure in the favor of educational process. I was one of the very few IT Managers who operated online classes while school was off under MOH regulation during the swine flow. In addition to the Academy management system development, I developed multiple integrated applications to automate some of the operations in the academy like content management application to simplify academy website updates, online admission and applications assessment, customer relation management to manage Front-Desk operation, registration process, class and Teacher schedule, Reporting system (Progress Report &Report Card), Uniform Shop point of sale. School supplies inventory management. Recruit and train the team required to operate and support information technology infrastructure and services.

I joined as an Accountant with strong knowledge of programing. I was promoted in 1995 to be a section head. In 1997, I was assigned to the new branch of the company in Egypt as Chief Accountant and responsible for information systems, then I was promoted 1999 to be Regional Information Technology Manager in Egypt. I submitted my resignation in 2002 as a fulltime employee and become a parttime Information Technology consultant up till today.
