BIX provides a wealth of comprehensive and up-to-date information on the Malaysian bond and Sukuk market and is expected to increase transparency in both the primary and secondary markets and at the same time, facilitate increased awareness of investors, including retail investors in bonds and Sukuk.- I’m responsible for producing daily news updates and quarterly reports about bond and sukuk related updates and reports to websites and social media- Analyse the fixed income market from micro to macro that are impacting the bond market which at the end will be attached in the daily and quarterly report- Providing support in business development activities by contributes to the team in marketing and idea to gain engagement and education about fixed income market to investors- Share awareness and information to public about fixed income market either one to one and one to many- Assists investors about bond and sukuk and information can be find in BIX website- Manage filling of claim and transaction- Produce cash flow report for organisations monthly and submit to company and external auditor- Complete task and other ad-hoc assign by manager

- Carry out sales & marketing activities to acquire new clients- Execute client’s orders and enquiries related to client account.- Manage client's portfolio by providing market updates and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.- Promote and cross sell related products to clients- Participate in all marketing and promotional activities conducted by HOB/Team Leader and to ensure event targets are met.- Reviewing clients’ credit limit and ensuring the limit is given based on collateral and financial standing and track record of clients.- Debt collections on client losses- Ensure personal KPI and sales targets are met.- Adhere and comply to all compliance, applicable rules, laws and regulatory requirements, code of ethics and business conducts as well as internal policy and procedures.- Achieve 152% KPI for year 2022 as end December 22

- Working under Employers Mutual SA Pty Limited (EML) for claims related Identify and verify the type documents for claim- Enter data into system which related to claim before submit for processing - Recheck duplicates and make payments to payee- Manage and maintain KPI within time given- Classify the type of payment, payee, and others information before proceed with claim - Productivity for February 2022 (Achieved 53% from minimum 30%), March 2022 (Achieved 85% from minimum 40%) and for April 2022 (Achieved 86% from minimum 60%)
