• Perform food contact and non-food contact surfaces swabbing to monitor environmental activity.

• Prepare and verify labels prior to production as per Elite meat standards.
• Monitor HACCP and GMP throughout the facility to eliminate any non-conformance activity.
• Assist QA Manager and HACCP Coordinator in internal audits and external audits like SQF, HACCP, and CFIA audits.
