I worked with Clean Seat to create a new product for the toilet seat market. It was a more sanitary toilet seat primarilly focused on commercial spaces. I was part of the engineering team designing and building the prototypes of the concept. I designed and created an actuation system for the seat to make it easier to lift up and down . I also spearheaded a campaign to generate and evaluate ideas for our next generation of toilet seats. In addition to the ideation, I turned two of them into very well-received prototypes.

I work as the first point of contact between the Boston University community and the various departments within Residence Life. I'm responsible for providing stellar customer service while assessing the needs of the community before addressing them personally or sending them to the appropriate channels.

I performed market research to identify areas in which the organization could expand our tutoring services too. I also performed pricing and financial analysis of the economic viability of current and planned courses. As part of that vision, I spearheaded the introduction of digital course guides to reduce printing costs as well as a better customer survey system to increase customer retention rates.

As an intern under the Office of Urban Development, I worked side by side with the town planner to address current and future plans for improvement of Maynard. I reviewed landscape plans for adherence to standards using ArcGIS software. Additionally, I also drafted requests for supplemental funding and devised strategies for cleaning up the Assabet River.
