As President and COO I am the designated "wearer of many hats," at one point managing every function from sales, to marketing, to product engineering, to customer service, to finance. I founded and built the product management function (10x throughput), the digital product as a pandemic pivot ($3M ARR in the first year), and the people ops function (90+% team retention). In 2024 our operations team were able to reduce costs significantly without sacrificing client experience.

Product manager for the consumer healthcare startup, Zocdoc, which enables millions patients to find and book doctor's appointments with in-network physicians near them. - Led three product development teams ranging in size from 4-14, in three principal areas: enterprise, monetization, and consumer.- Developed Zocdoc's monetization platform from conception through growth stage, scaling from a one-practice pilot to a $1M ARR in one year.- Led 8 hospital systems across different practice management systems (Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Athena, and NextGen) through implementation of the proprietary Zocdoc platform.- Participated in a rigorous quarterly roadmap development process. Consultant in PwC's Healthcare Advisory Practice. Worked with Fortune 50 hospital systems and insurance companies. Experience in all areas of provider, payer, and medical device, with a particular focus on electronic health record management and implementation at provider systems. - Conducted two large-scale ICD-10 migrations, inclusive of all system changes and personnel training. - Developed the $1B strategic investment for one of the nation's largest insurers.- Identified $4M in redundancy for a medical device company after conducting Voice of the Customer interviews with key hospital accounts. - Selected to join PwC's Health Research Institute, overseeing the content and design of a weekly regulatory publication with an audience of over 20,000 healthcare executives.

Served as an Aid to the Chairman of the New York State Health Policy Committee, Dick Gottfried. Responsible for developing a strategy for implementing Health Insurance Exchanges in New York State amidst changing regulation immediately after the passing of the Affordable Care Act. Met with New York City hospitals, teachers unions, and nursing unions to gather constituent feedback in developing an implementation roadmap.

Worked in partnership with GW University and the law offices of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal to research and write a comprehensive summary of America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 (HR 3200) a precursor to the Affordable Care Act. Read and analyzed the full 2454 page bill. The resulting paper was published to Congress as a guide to aid in their vote.
