My six years of experience working at the front desk have given me valuable insights into guest service and operations. My passion for hospitality led me to pursue Food and Beverage Management, as I believe it’s essential to have a well-rounded knowledge of the industry. In addition, I have worked in two different restaurants in various roles to gain more hands-on experience in restaurant service. These diverse experiences have strengthened my expertise in both hotel operations and the food and beverage sector, allowing me to deliver exceptional service across multiple areas of hospitality.
