-Lead a global, fast-growing team of 10 with responsibilities surrounding condition monitoring, predictive analytics and lubrication monitoring for over 5GW (Self Perform/M3) of installed wind + solar capacity in Europe, North America and South America. -Detect potential failures using the EDPR’s corporate condition monitoring tools to analyzeoperational data-Plan short-term and long-term team goals surrounding growth, process improvement and quality.- Startegize and oversee development of novel failure detection techniques using advanced data science and machine learning. -Manage relationships with condition monitoring vendors-Identify opportunities with EDPR’s fleet for new condition monitoring implementations-Encourage cross platform collaboration between the team and with other departments to improve processes and gain efficiencies. -Develop business cases, manage implementations for initiatives related to condition monitoring.

-Holistic technical issue management for ~3.5GW (out of 6GW) installed capacity for wind turbines. Issues range from mechanical to electrical to operational. -Lead technical reviews and manage the implementation of any equipment upgrades/retrofits/changes.-Lead and participate and collaborate in RCAs in case of catastrophic wind turbine failures.-Lead and participate in OEM turbine inspections for new projects-Technical lead for end of warranty inspections and coordinate results for effective resolutions-Technical lead on special projects like avian mitigation, software upgrades, power performance tests, contractual/regulatory projects, due-diligence report reviews etc. -Active participation in process developments and process improvements. -Chair and participate in industry/user-group discussions. Achievements:- Recipient of "Walk the Talk" award by the EDPR CEO for outstanding contributions related to technical management of end of contract inspections (July 2017). - Recipient of "2017 Excellence Award" within Asset Operations team for contributions to turbine technical issue management. - Roundtable Chair, User O&M Conferences, Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG/formerly UVIG), Fall 2017 (Destin, FL) and Spring 2018 (Chicago, IL).

CERTIS 9-5/8 (http://www.slb.com/services/characterization/testing/drillstem/quartet_muzic/certis.aspx)- Design and development Schlumberger’s flagship CERTIS high integrity hydraulic testing packer for the 9-5/8in casing size.- Actively involved in the verification and validation of the packer performance. This included CAD modeling, design calculations, manufacturing support, assembly, disassembly, documentation, design of test setup, RCA and introducing any retrospective design changes in the packer. - Actively involved in the framing and documentation of the operating manual of the packer.- Led the hands-on training on the first set of packers introduced in the field at Schlumberger’s base in Angola and Brazil.- Undertook reliability study on the ability of the packer to set in high yield strength casings and subsequently designed new anchoring mechanisms from scratch.Achievements:- Successful commercialization of the product.- Patent filed on Packer setting mechanism. - On-time delivery of 6 engineering prototype packers for field testing including assembly, factory acceptance testing, serialization, documentation and shipping. - Successful training delivered to field personnel in Angola and Brazil on the packer operation. - Project case study published on Schlumberger website: http://www.slb.com/resources/case_studies/testing/certis-cobalt-angola_cs.aspx

-Design and development of subsea equipment to meet field specific project demands in accordance with various industry standards such as ISO 13768-2/API 6A/API 5CT-Formulate and undertake factory acceptance test (FAT) procedures as well as subsequent system integration tests (SITs) for designed equipment.

(Project: Construction with Quadrotors under Dr Vijay Kumar)- Designed and manufactured nodes for the experimental setup which was subjected to numerous constraints. The setup was designed on Solidworks and was later manufactured on laser cutting machines and thermo-forming machines. - Improved quadrotor gripper design by adding extra degree of freedom by appropriate motor selection, gripper design and mount design.- Participated in development of the GUI and algorithm for the experiment.
