As Vice President of the Babson Dance Ensemble, I lead strategic initiatives, oversee event planning and execution, coordinate choreography development, and foster member engagement. Working closely with the executive team, I provide direction to achieve organizational goals, ensuring successful performances, workshops, and events. I collaborate with choreographers to create captivating routines while nurturing a supportive environment for members to grow. Additionally, I manage communication efforts, serving as a spokesperson and engaging with our audience to promote our mission and showcase our talent at our semester shows. A unique aspect of this job is engaging Babson College faculty in the faculty dance piece in the semester show, which I choreograph and organize.

The Babson Dance Ensemble is the largest student-run organization on campus, hosting over 60 members annually to perform in three show-stopping performances each semester. Dance styles range from hip hop to jazz to tap to contemporary to African...anything you can think of, we've covered it before.-- Performer at semester shows-- Choreographer with hip-hop, Indian classical, and Bollywood background-- Responsible for curating the show budget and presenting it to Babson Student Government for approval-- Responsible for all payments and cash flow for the organization
