I was hired in DHFL as a management trainee and I was deployed in different business streams. please find the details below - I was a part of the Marketing team where I was involved in activities like website management, an SMS campaign that was initiated for the Pan India customers and content marketing for ads published by the company.- I was a part of the Retail Liabilities team where I managed the Pan India channel of BDEs , which included activities like contests , incentives and… Show more I was hired in DHFL as a management trainee and I was deployed in different business streams. please find the details below - I was a part of the Marketing team where I was involved in activities like website management, an SMS campaign that was initiated for the Pan India customers and content marketing for ads published by the company.- I was a part of the Retail Liabilities team where I managed the Pan India channel of BDEs , which included activities like contests , incentives and managing projections and reported business activities.- I am currently in the Collections and Recovery team where I am involved in a number of activities.1) I was looking after the Willful Defaulter process where I liaisoned with different teams and after analysis, declare an account as willful default which is then presented to the higher authorities.2) I was in Auction team where I worked in close collaboration with the marketing team to manage the process of Auctions on a Pan -India basis.4)Additionally, I was involved in a number of activities of ECS payment method, Bank feedback etc which mainly involve liasoning with our Pan-India network and making and publishing the said Data. I have also been a part of the vendor management team where for all the vendors, their allocation, billing and termination were looked upon. Show less
