Currently heading the Supply and Quality Team at TutorBin, I am working with the team to ensure the growth of the business by tracking all the important business mertrics and ensuring enough freelancers availability.Within a short span of two years I have grown from a Subject Matter Expert to being a Senior Supply Manager. What excites me at work are the new challenges I face everyday as these challenges helps me learn new set of skills and gain new prospectives. As a Supply Manager currently I am working on understanding users(tutors) who register on our platform along with managing my support and quality team.
