Have gained exposure to working on DNA Isolation blood (sample and stain), bone, body fluid, swabs, etc. Conducted DNA Isolation by Chelex, Microcon and Agar Gel Electrophoresis. Have also carried out real time PCR and amplification. Also, worked on actual criminal cases and processed evidence to be presented in court during trial.
