Akmal is an Associate at PwC Indonesia, one of the leading professional services firms in the world. He joined PwC in June 2023, after working as an Audit Assistant at Mazars in Indonesia for more than a year. He has extensive experience in performing audit procedures for various industries, such as manufacturing, construction, consulting, music, and software. He has also obtained multiple certifications in Python and data analysis, which enable him to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to his audit work. He is proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and has a keen interest in financial accounting policies and strategic issues surrounding national economic stance.Akmal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia, where he graduated in July 2022. He also has an Associate's degree in Information System Accounting from the same university. He was honored with the Top 10 Auditing Paper award at the BPK Audination, the first and only National Auditing Olympic held by the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017.Akmal is always open to learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He is motivated by his passion for sustainable development, public and behavioral accounting studies, and his desire to contribute to the society. He is also an active member of various organizations, where he spearheaded several projects and supported the current Student Association.
