Built Element6 from an organization of ~250K annual revenue to over 3M adding 20 clients from my network by introducing innovative service offerings, which gave the organization a niche place in the market and promoted continuous delivery to clients, making the organization the go-to for their technical hiring needs.

Established and led Talent Strategy programs/initiatives around employment branding, brand ambassadorship/referral generation, employee engagement, community outreach, higher education relations, and community partnerships. Responsible for candidate pipeline depth, quality of hire, and reduction in time to hire. Invigorated the Community:Created forums and technical tools in an effort to better people’s lives, believing that bringing people together creates the diversity of thought, forming great ideas and enabling understanding. New Resources Consulting, a client-facing management consulting firm specializing in technology, and Red Arrow Labs, a project-based in-house software project and product development company, were independent companies operating within the conglomerate parent company, New Resources Companies.Held dual responsibilities in both talent acquisition and account management/business development, running a full sales & recruitment desk. Led talent acquisition over both application development consulting practice for NRC and Red Arrow Labs team, while supporting and expanding client accounts.

Served as advisor/consultant in developing hiring process and responsible for leading the execution of talent acquisition strategy in client’s high exposure project to build internal applications development team.

Lead recruitment from sourcing to interviewing and offer stage for the Microsoft Practice. Built both Applications Development and Infrastructure Teams internally and for clients. Maintained industry relationships and served as the face for the company to the Microsoft community.
