Conducting research concerning increased risk on late-onset Alzheimer's Disease, by development of a method for sample preparation and analysis (LC-MS/MS) of oxidative stress biomarkers in mice brain samples. In this particular case, the mice are carriers of APOE ε3 or APOE ε4 variations.
