We worked under tight deadlines, and I was responsible for both the development direction and keeping the team on track. It was a hands-on leadership role where I divided tasks and solved issues as they came up, Alongside managing the team, I was a core part of development, particularly in implementing the front-end architecture, building key features, integrating with Supabase, database design, back-end core endpoints and adding real-time Heatmap support using Mapbox API. I also took responsibility of debugging, performance optimization and SEO to ensure the app ran smoothly.Despite the pressure, we delivered a polished, production-ready app that impressed all 4 judges,Our success in the competition earned us the opportunity to represent our project and innovation in Tunisia, where we networked with leading tech startups and participated in BigTech Africa, the largest conference on technology and entrepreneurship in the region giving us valuable exposure to the startup world. We learned firsthand what it takes to bring a tech product to market and gained insights into pitching, scaling, and building a sustainable business model.
