• Preparation of RFP, DPR, Contract Document, Technical Evaluation Document, BoM, ATP for RF communication system.• Control and supervision as in-charge of Line (maintenance & servicing, operation & inspection level) and holding and operating inventories.• Fault diagnosis during PoC testing, monitoring & coordinating installation & commissioning of the RF Communication system, Integration of MW Communication System with IP based network at different Air Force sites all over India with BEL, Bengaluru and DEAL, DRDO Dehradun.• Installation, configuration and management of Point-to-Point Wi-Max radio link and 2 MBPS link hired from BSNL and liaison with BSNL senior level management for IP link serviceability.• Team lead for establishment & maintenance of point to point LoS, Tropospheric Digital RF system, C-band and Ku-band satellite system, Wi-Max communication in the field location with BEL make Digital Mobile Tropo Terminal and Digital Mobile IP based radio equipment and HF/VHF/UHF communication system.• Undrstanding of Blueprint, Circuit/Wiring/Block diagrams.• Undertook servicing and major rectification of communication equipment using test equipment/test jig/test software.• Investigating cause of major technical failure and suggesting remedial action.• Preparation, planning and execution of servicing schedule of Microwave communication equipment. • Maintenance and upkeep of campus OFC topology and IP network with Cisco 3650, 3750 L-2 Switches and 2811 and 3945 Router, DSLAM, Analog Voice Gateway, IPS, Encryptors at different places.• Network administration, IT Infrastructure management and conducting IW audit & awareness program.• Network monotoring and trouble shooting with HP NMS, HPOV, NNM, iDirect NMS, Putty, UPS Net manager• Operation and Maintenance of ITI & BEL make 2 GHz Tropospheric MW system, 2GHz Line of Sight system and 8 GHz Line of Sight Digital and Analog Communication equipment (2MB, 8 MB and 34 MB streams).
