I was promoted to the Front Desk Supervisor position at the Radiation Oncology Deparmtment at the Brooklyn Hospital Center's partnership with NYCBS. In this positon I expand on my role as a receptionist and adminstrative assistant, while also supervising all admisntrative activities at the office. As we are a partnership with the Brooklyn Hospital Center I also facilitate with the hospital adminstration for scheduling, authroizations, and compliance.

After working under the regional director, I was offered an admninstrative role with NYCBS. As both a receipsionist and admisntrative assistant, I expanded on patient provider accountability while also being apart of patient intake. My other responsibilities included inter-office communications, medical records retrieval complying with HIPPAA Guidelines, working on daily reports to increase patient provider accountability, physcian scheduling, inhouse and outside consultations, etc.

Myself and four other interns worked with a Regional Director of NYCBS to adminster various patients retention methods, We also standardized demographic information to best understand and account for patients needs. We were able to work in person and at home so that the NYCBS policies were standardized across offices across the NYC-Long Island Area.

As an event manager, I provided oversight the special events of our clients and troubleshooted any unique occurances. This emplyment allows me to pursue my passions of planning, curation of schedules, and troublehsooting under a high stress environment. I have coordinated weddings, various parties, as well as parades and other events in the Indian American community.

Physical Therapist Aide & Receptionist Held dual responsiblities at two offices at Richmond Rehabilitation Physical Therapy. As a physcial therapist aide, I was responsible for patient intake prior to treatment and discharge. As I grew in my role, I was able to lead patients through exercises that were diagnosis specific. As a receptionist, I coordinated with my coworkers on the day to day admisntrative tasks. This includes but was not limited to patient check in, insurance verification, copay intake, etc.,
