I am passionate about using behavioural science to create positive social change and address some of the world's most pressing problems.I do this by applying behavioural science principles to complex challenges, designing effective interventions, and scaling up their impact. My background is in social psychology and I have expertise in sustainability transitions, AI governance and policy, and systems thinking.At BehaviourWorks Australia, I led the Survey for COVID-19 Responses to Understand Behaviour (SCRUB), a crucial source of evidence for decision-making in collaboration with the Victorian Government. Our findings directly influenced COVID-19 health response and policy, with over 40,000 responses collected across 15 months.I also spearheaded the design, research, and publication of the Scale Up Toolkit, a method for increasing the reach and impact of behavioural science interventions to benefit more people. This innovative toolkit has bridged the gap between research and real-world practice, with over 5,000 users and integration into BehaviourWorks Australia research processes.Outside work, I like to garden and cook.
