Currently working in Nippon Koei Corporate/Head office, New Delhi, and Managing the Railway/Metros Infrastructure Projects & Management team. I handle all the Technical, Project Management, overall planning, and coordination of all on-going Metro & railway projects of company in India and overseas. Also, Responsible for review of technical proposal and evaluation of potential bids related to upcoming projects, Project Inspections etc. Interface between On-site Project team and HO departments with better networking and liaising. Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports with financial status of all railway & infrastructure projects for Directors and stakeholders.Previously, Managing Design Review of all type of Railway Bridges, Retaining Structures and Station Buildings, Progress Review and Monitoring, Site inspections, Site issue troubleshooting, Interfacing with the Client. Handling Project Progress Monitoring and Coordination to coordinate with field teams for project work progress and accordingly prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly progress reports in different formats for project management and Employer including DNP-related issues. Coordination with Interfacing Contractor and PMC team also. Chasing for finalization and submission of balance As-built Drawings and documents, Co-ordination with the field team of Contractor, PMC & Employer for joint verification, updating the status records, validating verification, etc. Maintain a record of the final NONO consented As-built package and update status to all concerned.
