Aksel Ceylan is a multidisciplinary designer with more than 10 years of experience working both at agencies/studios and as a freelancer, residing in New York City.Graduated from Marmara University / Graphic Design Department, he also studied Graphic Design at Accademia Italiana in Florence.Starting from 2010, he has worked at several design studios and advertising agencies such as Alametifarika (the biggest independent creative agency of Turkey), J. Walter Thompson Istanbul, Publicis Istanbul and C-Section (a WPP company). After working with Peter Arnell, he has decided to move into New York City and currently working as Senior Art Director and Graphic Designer at SHVO.His work have won every major design competition in Turkey, including Crystal Apple, Felis, Smarties, MMA. He has been awarded Mediacat's "30 Under 30 Top Creatives" in 2016.Throughout his carrier, he had the opportunity to work for clients such as Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone, Axe, Sunsilk, Vespa, Turk Telekom, Efes Pilsen and Garanti Bank among many others.He is also in love with typography, creates daily hand-lettering videos and draws illustrations for various publications since 2011.For more info: akselceylan@gmail.com
