Stonks Capital AS is a stock and investment club founded by friends. The firm started as, and still is, a social and collaborative project the founders initiated for recreational purposes. However, as the profit margins kept exceeding market trends, predictions, and indexes, the founders decided to professionalize and elevate the project.The team has experience and skills within a broad set of industries. The team consisting of engineers (chemical, data, electronics, renewable energy, civil), business developers, consultants, and even a driving instructor. All having their own unique and specific view on the different markets and industries we consider investing in.

After a merger between Uninett, Unit and NSD, I continued working with Designlab, but as Team Lead. My main responsibilities have been managing our project portfolio, facilitate our weekly rituals, manage new design enquires and lead and contribute to design projects.

In Uninett, I hold a cross-functional position between business development and design. I've been a part of building Uninett’s new innovation lab, Designlaben, where I've worked with internal and external projects. Most of my tasks in Uninett are related to process management, user research, prototyping, concept development, facilitating workshops, user- and usability testing. Double Diamond and Lean Startup are some of the methodologies/frameworks that I use the most in my work.

In Karabin, I worked as a business consultant helping other companies improve based on methods like Lean Six Sigma. I worked a lot with Power BI developing and designing dashboards and reports. Additionally, I assisted senior consultants in sales processes, arranged customer workshops, and did work related to marketing activities.

In DNV GL, I worked in Group Technology and Research on a project concerning energy value chains. I was employed to support efforts to commercialize a web-application developed for the energy sector called ExplEnergy. My main tasks have been related to reaching out to potential users and understand their needs, support technical development, develop and assess alternative business models, prepare a strategy report, and a presentation for internal decision-makers.

Drowzee is a startup company founded by Håkon Selseth Krogh and myself. Drowzee develops a neurotechnological device based on neurofeedback that will help people with sleep problems fall asleep faster. I had mainly the CTO-role where I was responsible for developing a neurofeedback application based on scientific criteria in javascript. I was also responsible for our first user-testing consisting of over 10+ people over a period of 2 months. In addition to this, I was also involved in business strategy and financing.

In TIØ4258 - Technology Management, I worked as a student assistant for over three semesters. The course gives a great overview of innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational management, and economics. I guided students with questions related to mandatory tasks on the topics mentioned above and the course in general.

7011 Music Space was a community-project I made for people with an interest in music, technology, and entrepreneurship in Trondheim. I hosted several social, academic events and invited international speakers. I traveled to other countries to visit similar communities. Initiated cooperation with Music Norway, Trondheim Calling and Engage (Centre for Engaged Education through Entrepreneurship).

Spark NTNU is a free guidance service for students with a business idea, or who wants to join a start-up company. In Spark, I worked as an advisor - guiding other students, helped making strategies, defining goals, and answering business-related questions.

During my second semester at NSE, all students needed to start their own company or join an existing startup company. I and two other students decided to join Munti Magic, a startup company that makes digital game stations at airports, shopping centers, and other public spaces. In Munti Magic, we worked together with the experienced team from Ablemagic, the parent company, on competitor analysis, market segmentation, new market entries, business model and business plan.

In TIØ4250 - Entrepreneurship - Venture CUP, I was a student assistant where I guided students taking the course with business plan writing. I also gave feedback on delivered business plans and gave a guiding grade.

As a student mentor at NTNU, I was responsible for guiding another student with learning disablements in MUST2062 - Digital Composition and Performance and in TDT4110 - Information Technology, Introduction. I helped the student with mandatory tasks related to the respective courses and structuring. The student passed both exams.

In Jula, I mainly worked on the floor where I restocked items the shelves and helped customers finding what they were looking for. In addition to this, I also worked as a cashier and in the return department. Jula is a retail chain that sells products to home and cottage owners, home fixers, farmers and craftsmen.

In Coop Obs! Bygg, I worked in the paint department where I primarily worked with customer service, sales, and maintenance. As a part of the customer service, I helped people choose the "right" colors for their houses or living rooms, and which tools they should use. I also made estimations of how much paint they should buy based on the few data points they delivered.
