Coordinated with the vendor on the implementation of the new system.•Manage ad-hoc HR analysis projects using ADP Reporting and Sage 500 ERP tools. • Led a focused team of subject matter and technical experts that reported directly to the Chief Security Office of TikTok. I partnered with the Global Security Office to set up a Project Management Office, capable of implementing dozens of simultaneous security projects.• Collaborated with various inter-departmental teams at the organization on a daily basis to establish protocols, SOPs, and post Go-live operating documents to support several completed projects.• Oversaw and delivered on an “Employee Safety – Handling Users” training manual and associated online learning course from scratch to train employees on incident response when approached directly by application users. Integrated the training into several regional HR onboarding processes globally.•Implemented a brand-new security office, the Customer Security Management Office, within the Global Security Organization from the ground up. We worked with staffing firms to hire appropriate candidates for several key leadership positions within the office. Collaborated with critical security, legal, and sales teams to develop the intake process for security questionnaires, standardizing the responses for the company globally.•Worked with E&Y consultants to develop a threat and incident response program within TikTok’s application library. Implemented comparative risk assessment software to analyze TikTok’s mobile applications against industry leading social media platforms to demonstrate the relative safety of the application for users.•At ADP - Audited security incidents against a custom risk control framework to create a trend analysis across several key data points, leading to an overall reduction in business security incidents for the client globally.•At ADP - Reconciled key ongoing security management projects against the security incident reporting tools in order to verify the efficacy of these projects and weigh the return on investment of the associated operating costs.
