Akshara Damle is a TEDx speaker and a psychologist based out of Bengaluru. He has been working for the cause of mental wellness in different sections of society. He has been working with a wide range of clients going through different mental issues. Being an NLP practitioner and having undergone a few more certifications, he has also been a trainer and a life coach. He has conducted workshops on stress management, conflict management, exploring the self, leadership, etc for bankers, police personnel, teachers, block education officers, corporates and so on. He is also an author and has published four books and also a columnist in leading newspapers. He is an amateur Carnatic classical musician too. Being the founder of Mano Samvaada, he is also a consultant in many other organizations. He has been a keynote speaker at several national and international conferences and has spoken in different parts of the country. He has also played a few roles in cinemas.
