- Implementation and optimisation of Fame and Partners campaigns across international and domestic markets.- Assist in the coordination of new digital briefs (Social, EDM, Web, SMS, Media buying) and liaison with stakeholders.- Assist in the coordination of approvals with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. communications team, ambassadors, corporate partners).- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking project deliverables internally to ensure timelines are met and projects stay on track- Write campaign frameworks / Briefs and prepare plans to be presented to the Performance Marketing Manager.- Assist in the delivery of EDM journey plans, ensuring Fame and Partners follows best practice contact strategies with consumers.- Coordinate and deploy HTML emails using templates in self-serve Email Server Program (ESP) application- Assist with the planning and execution of digital and social media advertising activities, incl. Facebook, twitter, youtube, pinterest, Instagram and paid advertising initiatives.- Assist in the preparation of Social media, web, EDM, SMS and paid marketing initiatives activity reports using tools such as google analytics, google adwords and partner databases.

- Upload & closely monitor Facebook ads, on a daily basis, to see what is performing the best based on CTR, CPC and ultimately conversion to sale- Coordinate new email upgrade project, to get all HTML emails across the business improved and then implemented- Update hard-coded landing pages for marketing tests- Learn to use a split-testing landing page platform like Optimizely - Manage all unique link creation and distribution- Attend weekly marketing WIP Ability to tweak creative files as necessary – Photoshop & Illustrator skills- Plans, designs & codes up weekly email newsletter - eCommerce Analysis & Reporting- Reviews Google Analytics on a daily basis to determine new opportunities for optimizations- Creation of weekly remarketing reports from data supplied by remarketing platform- Creation of weekly Facebook reports- Reviews all new product content with Marketing & Communications Executive- Sources & writes all new styling notes, styling pieces and all other supplementary product content- Upload new featured blogger to the home page, each week eCommerce Content Coordination
