As a Membership Development Coordinator at IEEE SB NSSCE, my role revolves around leveraging my interpersonal communication skills to enhance member engagement and retention. Schooled in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, also I serve as Treasurer for IAS at IEEE SB NSSCE, where our team manages funds and financial strategies to support the chapter's growth. These experiences have honed my competencies in member relations and fiscal stewardship within a technical community.
