Serving as the webmaster for IEEE Photonics CUSB has been a valuable experience. It has expanded my knowledge and provided opportunities to develop essential skills under pressure. I have learned new concepts and technologies, improving my understanding of web development and management. This role has helped me enhance decision-making, critical thinking, and collaboration within a team.
