Client Relationship Management – Handling existing clients like IIT Bombay, ICT Matunga, BARC, BPCL, Department of Chemistry (Mumbai University) etc as well as getting new clients like Sula Wines, Reliance Industries Ltd, Bombay College of Pharmacy, IPCA Laboratories etc to expand business. Pitching products to the customer as per their needs, getting and delivering orders. Building a strong client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Following up with any special item (not in catalogue) demands or complaints.Led a team of 4 to follow up with clients and delegate work systematically to manage clients efficiently on a daily basis. Catalogue designing – Led a 2 member team to remodel the price list for 2011-2013 and 2014-2016. Handling design, categorizing items along with easy to spot diagrams and inclusion of write ups on safety precautions and handling of equipment.
