Taking inspiration from my family business which is into laboratory glassware, my venture - GARV IDEAS deals primarily with domestic glass items and corporate gifting. We take B2B orders and manufacture glassware and also provide printing solutions on the glassware. We are also into the B2C space selling items via social media, e-commerce portals and through our extensive network.

As part of my Summer Internship Program, I worked with JAS on a pilot project for their client, Serv'd. The role involved formulating and executing BTL strategies, analysis of the data collected on consumer behavior and making reports to present to the client regularly.

Client Relationship Management – Handling existing clients like IIT Bombay, ICT Matunga, BARC, BPCL, Department of Chemistry (Mumbai University) etc as well as getting new clients like Sula Wines, Reliance Industries Ltd, Bombay College of Pharmacy, IPCA Laboratories etc to expand business. Pitching products to the customer as per their needs, getting and delivering orders. Building a strong client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. Following up with any special item (not in catalogue) demands or complaints.Led a team of 4 to follow up with clients and delegate work systematically to manage clients efficiently on a daily basis. Catalogue designing – Led a 2 member team to remodel the price list for 2011-2013 and 2014-2016. Handling design, categorizing items along with easy to spot diagrams and inclusion of write ups on safety precautions and handling of equipment.

Head of committee for conceptualization and on ground execution of 26 events.Appointed and led a team of 350+ under direct subordination across cities like Pune, Delhi, Chandigarh and Goa.In charge of promoting 'Indiafest 2013' and getting participants and audience footfall across zonals held in 7 cities and the finale held in Goa. Exceeded the given participation target by more than 300% in Pune, 200% in Delhi and 150% in Chandigarh. Audience footfall was more than 5 times the previous year and 150% more than the given target.

Helped with promotions on a project for International Philip Morris. Was one of the top performers at the end of the program.

Approached new clients across various sectors to build business networks and increase revenue.
