My key deliverable was to ensure seamless Customer Experience, while owning and managing every aspect of service delivery, operations and assurance over the customer's services life-cycle. I also was entrusted to represent Vodafone Enterprise's Service Management & Assurance workstream for the region, working with peers and stakeholders to design, plan and propose the right Service Value Proposition for complex global bids and proposals.Represented APAC on Vodafone Asia Women’s Network Committee, driving CSR initiatives on diversity and inclusiveness as key growth and innovation drivers.

My role as the region's Service Partner Manager entailed end-to-end management of Mobile Partnerships across APAC - Key aspects of which included Products and Services onboarding, training and ensuring necessary technology, process and compliance interlocks. Increased executive sponsorship of key projects by initiating and executing a series of well-received CIO roundtables and engagement events, paving the way for enduring client relations at all levels.
