I am currently working in Reliance Consumer Products Limited as a Category Manager for the Confectionery category. I work alongside the sales team to ensure sales targets are delivered as per AOP, ensure inventory is planned and stock allocation is conducted efficiently, product catalogue is optimized and promotional schemes are executed effectively. I was taken into Reliance as part of the Reliance Emerging Leadership Program and as part of the program, did two stints of 6 months each. First stint was with JioMart B2C in a product Growth Strategy role and second stint was with AJIO B2B in a Planning Role.I completed dual degree course in business management which is covered in ESCP Berlin, Germany for Master in Management and in MDI Gurgaon, India for Post Graduate Program in International Business degree. I am also working as a Junior Team member of Samaritans club which is the Social Initiative club of MDI. I have undertaken an internship for the role of business analyst with The Sparks Foundation where I conducted data mining and analysis to generate insights for assisting the business partners. In addition I also worked with Kraftshala as a marketing intern where I helped the organization in generating customer leads for their respective educational programs. I also have the full time work experience as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Ltd, Pune and worked there for a total of 17 months. I was given the responsibility of managing the testing unit of the project and conducted functional end to end testing and generated test cases and test reports for ensuring efficient product delivery. I was able to cut down the defect rates in production platform of the project by 25%. During this tenure, I was also awarded the Debutant award for excellent Performance.I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology batch of 2012-16. During that time, I organized the 1st Auto Expo at my college as part of the tech fest Techshetra 2016. I was also instrumental in the Finance committee of the art fest Bharatham 2015 conducted in the college. I have also done volunteering work with an NGO, Make a Difference(MAD) in Cochin for over a year. Within the NGO, I was recruited as the Transition Readiness Wingman volunteer for the shelter home at Cochin. As part of my responsibilities, I supported and mentored youths at shelter homes in Cochin wherein I provided sessions on life skills and one on one career counselling sessions.
