Dealing with the vendors and clients helped in increased my tolerance and taught me a lot about keeping calm. Acquisition - Handling and negotiating an acquisition offer from a France based MNC was a novel experience. Banking - Dealing with bankers was a testing job as the organisation is the only Indian company for the products it makes and long payments cycles, irregular cash inflows made the bankers uncomfortable. Accounts, IC, ERP - Set up the internal systems and processes for finance and accounts to get control over the transactions and get MIS reports. Designed and created a small ERP to process the accounts payable from RFQ to payments. Responsible for finalisation and audit.
